We offer a space where you can relax and enjoy your time.
Please read this document to the end, as it contains information regarding accommodation rates, cancellation fees, meals, and room availability.
During the peak season from Golden Week to the end of August, we are unable to accept room requests.
Also, due to the limited number of rooms, we are unable to accommodate single occupancy during peak seasons.
If you wish to occupy a room alone during peak season, you will be charged the single room rate.

Accommodation rates
This is a room-only stay (meals not provided).
Check-in at 2 PM , check-out at 10 AM
Various payment methods, Shimapo, and Shibuya Ward accommodation subsidies are available.
Year-round rates
7,500 yen per person per room (single occupancy)
7,000 yen per person for 2 or more people per room
Elementary school students: 4,500 yen/person
Toddlers (ages 3 to pre-school): 3,000 yen per person
Entire building rental (up to 12 people): 75,000 yen/day
For requests for four rooms for four people, the same rate as for a private rental will apply. However, please inquire for longer stays.
☆For guests arriving on the island by cruiser or pleasure boat, we require advance payment of your accommodation fee via bank transfer. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your payment.
If the event is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, we will refund you the amount minus the prescribed cancellation fee.
Please note that the conditions at sea are at the customer's discretion.
Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
10 to 4 days prior: 20% of the accommodation fee
3 days to 1 day prior: 50% of the accommodation fee
On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
・In case of cancellation due to customer reasons, the above cancellation fee will be charged.
For reservations of two nights or more, cancellation fees will apply to the first two nights.
・No cancellation fee will be charged if your reservation is cancelled due to the cancellation of public ferry or flight services.
・If you cancel a reservation at your own discretion regarding a conditional flight operation, a cancellation fee will be charged.

設備・備品
Shared living room
Upon entering the entrance, you'll immediately find a shared living room of approximately 20 tatami mats, furnished with a 70-inch TV, sofa, and low table.
We will only be accepting customers until 11 PM.
Please use the facilities while respecting proper etiquette.
Shared kitchen
There are two sets of kitchens and a dining table.
Please feel free to use the large refrigerator, microwave, and rice cooker.
We have some basic cooking utensils available.
Regarding tableware, we only keep a minimal amount on hand for hygiene reasons. Basically, we ask our customers to purchase disposable items.
Laundromat
We have coin-operated washing machines and dryers available.
You can also hang your laundry to dry in your room.
Please do not leave laundry unattended after the cycle has finished.
Shower room/bathroom
There is one of each on the first floor.
Towels and bath towels are not provided, so please bring your own.

toilet
Each room is equipped with a toilet and a washbasin.
There is one shared restroom on the first floor.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please be sure to close the lid before flushing when using shared toilets.
Amenities
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Hair dryers are located under the sink in each room.
*Bath towels are available for rent (for a fee).
*Please bring your own towel, toothbrush, etc.

Please be careful not to lose your room key when you go out.
We only provide the grill for BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal, grill net, firelighters, and food.
Reservations and Inquiries
*Please note that we may not be able to immediately answer your inquiries about room availability over the phone if we are out of the office. Therefore, please use the inquiry form for reservation inquiries.
If you wish to make a reservation, please be sure to include the "check-in date," "number of nights," "number of people (adults, elementary school children, toddlers, infants)," and "number of rooms requested."
☆Please note that we cannot accept room requests for weekends, Golden Week, July, or August. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
